Bangladesh sealed a famous five-wicket victory against India with a thrilling performance in Trinidad.
Three of their players passed fifty, Tamim Iqbal leading the way with some calypso strokes in a stunning 51 from 53 balls featuring two sixes.
There were some late scares but the 192 target was made with nine balls left.
Reported Earlier: Indian captain Rahul Dravid won the toss and elected to bat against Bangladesh in a Group B match at Port of Spain, Trinidad on Saturday.
India has left out Irfan Pathan, Anil Kumble, Denesh Karthick and S Sreesanth.
India Team: Robin Uthappa, Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Yuvvraj Singh, Virender Sehwag, M S Dhoni, Harbhajan Singh, Ajit Agarkar, Zaheer Khan, Munaf Patel.

When India meet Bangladesh for the first time in a World Cup today at the Trinidad Queens Park Oval, they will give respect to their neighbours, for Bangladesh has the knack of pullig off surprises when it matters most. Though Bangladesh have only beaten India once in 14 meetings, their defeat of Australia at Cardiff in 2005 and success over New Zealand last week suggest they are steadily improving and are not incapable of upsetting the more fancied side.
At the same time, Indias overall performance in the West Indies is not inspiring with five wins and 15 losses. India skipper Rahul Dravid has warned his players of the need to be fully "switched on" against the Tigers. India are likely to repose their faith in the recently non-performing Virender Sehwag and Irfan Pathan, who boasts impressive statistics against Bangladesh, in an endeavour to haul them back to form.
